Our client is a market-leading funds management business, currently seeking a Client Services Associate, to join their growing Client Services team. Reporting to the Head of Client Services, you will be primarily responsible for acting as a key point of contact for clients and industry partners. Key Responsibilities: Build and nurture strong, positive relationships with clients to enhance their overall experience; Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone and email, ensuring exceptional service; Provide clear, concise, and accurate information regarding products, services, and general inquiries; Address client concerns related to accounts, transactions, and financial products with efficiency and professionalism; Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues, ensuring timely and satisfactory outcomes for clients; Guide clients through the onboarding process, delivering a seamless and positive experience for investors; Work closely with the fund administrator to ensure timely processing of client instructions, proactively managing and resolving non-standard processing issues such as deficient documentation, account queries, and complaints; Accurately document client interactions, issues, and resolutions within the company’s systems, maintaining transparency and consistency; AND Ensure client records, including Wholesale Investor Certificates, remain up-to-date, preserving data accuracy and integrity. Qualifications, Skills & Experience: We are looking for someone who can grow into Client Services while bringing a data-driven, optimisation mindset- curiosity around systems, reporting, and automation is key. Tertiary qualifications in business, finance, or a related field; A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a client services role, within financial services; Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; Strong technical skillset, with experience MS Office; Proactive by nature; High attention to detail; AND Ability to work collaboratively.
