Your Organisation Our client is seeking a Finance professional to join their team to cover maternity leave for 6 month period. Your Role As the Finance (& Administration) officer, you will be responsible for accurately processing invoices, managing vendor payments, and maintaining financial records in line with company policies and accounting standards. You will ensure timely payments while supporting month-end close and financial reporting activities. Key Accountabilities Process and code vendor invoices accurately, including 3-way matching Prepare weekly and monthly payment runs to ensure timely vendor payments Complete bank, credit card, and vendor statement reconciliations Investigate and resolve invoice or reconciliation discrepancies Assist with month-end and year-end close activities and supporting documentation Manage the finance inbox, respond to stakeholder enquiries, and support audit requests Assist with general office administration and continuous improvement initiatives Your Profile You are a reliable and detail-focused finance professional with 1–3 years’ experience in accounts payable or general accounting, ideally gained in a fast-paced environment. You are confident using ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar) and comfortable working with Excel. You can hit the ground running, manage competing priorities, and communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders. Most importantly, you take pride in producing accurate work and enjoy contributing positively to the team.
