About the role: The Operations Manager will play an important role within the Centre Management team by managing the overall operations, maintenance and smooth running of the shopping centre. Duties: You will oversee all aspects of hard and soft services, contractor induction and management, OH&S, preventative, and reactive maintenance, as well as providing support for OPEX and CAPEX budget management. You will deliver small projects, assist tenancy coordination, and provide overall operational support to the team. Skills and Experience Previous experience as a Facilities, Maintenance or Operations Manager in a shopping centre, or similar The ability to communicate with others and work in a team environment is critical Computer and financial reporting literacy Qualifications in Facilities Management, Engineering or Building Services Trade Strong knowledge of Workplace Health & Safety, Compliance and Risk Excellent customer service skills Ability to multitask and prioritise at a high level A passion for retail property and shopping centres Benefits: This opportunity will see you joining a well-known property company that fosters a supportive and friendly workplace culture.
