Siteforce Recruitment is seeking two reliable Labourers to join a busy formwork crew in Palm Beach. We have positions available for a Spotter Labourer and a Labourer with a Forklift Licence . 1. Labourer – Spotter What you’ll be doing: Spotting for machinery, vehicles, and crane operations Maintaining exclusion zones and safe work areas Assisting formwork carpenters and general site labouring Keeping work areas clean and organised Following all onsite safety procedures Having similar experience to a dogman with be advantageous What you need: Construction White Card Face fit tested Previous construction or labouring experience Strong safety awareness and communication skills Physically fit and reliable 2.
