Cranfield Group's proud partnership with a leading name in Commercial & Industrial construction is currently looking for a temporary Site Supervisor at their Gold Coast site for a short term contract. Built on a strong reputation and grounded in integrity, they specialize in delivering high-quality concrete tilt-up projects with efficiency and precision. Due to extensive workload of current projects, the need for an additional Site Supervisor has become available. An excellent opportunity for someone to showcase their skills, work with an amazing team who have dependable processes and really take pride in their work! You may also be considered for ongoing work, for projects in the new year due to their confirmed pipeline for 2026. About the Role Supervise the last 8-10 weeks of work left of the construction project, ensuring tasks are completed according to plans and specifications. Lead and coordinate the work of construction workers and subcontractors, providing guidance and support as needed. Enforce safety regulations and protocols onsite, conducting regular inspections to identify and mitigate hazards. Collaborate with project manager, to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines. Track project progress, prepare reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders, addressing any delays or issues that arise. Order and manage construction materials and equipment, ensuring availability without excessive overstock. Conduct quality inspections ensuring work meet established standards and specifications. Provide training and motivation to construction workers to ensure high standards of work and safety compliance. Availability for Hours of work from 545am - 245 pm, based on a 45 hr working week, Mon-Fri, ensuring you are the 1st on and last on site.
