About the role Provide specialist thoracic medicine services across TPCH and outreach clinics, delivering expert clinical care, education, and research while supporting health equity and multidisciplinary collaboration. Key Responsibilities Deliver outpatient and inpatient thoracic care, including outreach services to IROC clinics and cover for consultants as required. Supervise and mentor trainees, registrars, and junior medical staff, fostering a culture of learning and professional development. Contribute to research, education programs, and quality improvement initiatives within the Thoracic Medicine Program. Engage in cultural safety practices, support health equity objectives, and participate in governance, peer review, and administrative duties.
