Your new role: In this senior position, you will deliver advanced psychological assessment, intervention and evaluation to adults experiencing severe and complex mental health concerns. Working within an interprofessional team, you will act as a clinical reference point, support evidence-based practice, supervise junior clinicians and contribute to service development and quality initiatives. You will: Deliver evidence-based psychological assessment, intervention and evaluation Manage complex caseloads and apply advanced clinical judgement with increasing autonomy Act as a clinical reference point for the Adult Community Bayside Team Develop and review evidence-based clinical practices, protocols and service improvements Provide supervision and training to HP3 clinicians, students and AHAs About you: You are an experienced and adaptable clinician with strong skills in adult mental health care. You communicate effectively, prioritise complex workloads and contribute meaningfully to team-based service delivery.
