The Opportunity This 3-month full time contract, based in Bowden, Adelaide, is designed for a professional who is highly accurate and efficient in finance administration. You will be an instrumental support member of the Finance Team, where the accuracy of your work is paramount. Key areas of responsibility include: Accurate Data Entry: Efficient and precise entry of invoices into our finance system (experience with any professional finance system is essential). Payment Processing: Process purchases and payments, arrange payment to creditors, and ensure the accurate recording of income. Financial Administration: Prepare bank reconciliations, process banking, and facilitate transfers. Tenant Charges (If Competent): Undertake invoicing tenants for water charges and processing rate remissions and other concessions. System & Record Maintenance: Monitor the finance inbox, maintain financial filing systems, and respond to contractor queries in a timely manner. What You'll Bring Experience: Demonstrated experience in a role requiring accurate data entry and administration within a professional finance system. Technical Proficiency: Must be "switched on" with a little technical expertise; capable of efficiently handling computer and financial system tasks. Accuracy is Key: A proven track record of completing high-volume tasks with exceptional attention to detail. Qualifications: TAFE level qualifications in administration, finance, or business (minimum Certificate III in Business Administration or similar) are desirable.
