Description About the Role In this role, you will embrace the position of a Client Services Officer, collaborating closely with our advisors and paraplanning teams. You will play a vital part in client investment administration, including processing applications, addressing queries, and building your expertise in investment-related processes. This position provides exposure to a wide range of financial planning aspects, including: Preparing investment and platform applications. Contacting superannuation providers. Preparing basic review reports. Offering general administration support for the Wealth Advisory team. You’ll deliver high-level administrative support to our Wealth Advisory division while ensuring exceptional client service. Skills And Experiences About You We are looking for someone who is: A graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Planning, Commerce, Corporate Finance, Banking and Finance, or a related discipline and/or someone with equivalent industry experience. Skilled in verbal and written communication. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in their work. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) at an intermediate to advanced level. Prepared to provide a current national police check prior to commencing employment.
