Key Responsibilities: Customer Service Leadership: Lead the customer service team to deliver high quality services to customers and stakeholders. Staff Supervision: Oversee staff and contractors, including onboarding, rostering, supervision and ongoing training. Event Coordination: Manage venue functions, including client inductions, equipment setup/pack-down, reception services, and client relationship management. Operational Standards: Develop and implement standard operating procedures and ensure compliance with legislative and industry standards. Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure venue operations meet workplace health and safety, fire safety, and environmental standards, and support event risk management. Administrative Oversight: Manage administrative tasks such as payments, debt management, data entry, records management, and quality assurance in line with policies. Marketing and Promotion: Promote venue products and services to maximise business opportunities. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain partnerships with industry stakeholders to enhance sport and recreation services. Communication: Utilise strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to liaise effectively with diverse groups.
