The Opportunity As an Administration Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting the efficient operation of the school. You will undertake a variety of corporate service activities and administrative tasks, contributing to the smooth day-to-day operations of the College. About the Role As the Administration Officer, responsibilities include: Performing a variety of administrative and support services, including reception duties, managing correspondence, and maintaining school records. Undertaking routine activities such as processing mail, arranging appointments, and general administration tasks. Communicating with internal and external stakeholders, providing information and advice in line with school policies, and demonstrating empathy and support. Providing first aid and medication to students, with relevant training provided as required. Supporting financial administrative activities, including data entry, maintaining financial registers, and assisting with budget management. This role is ideal for a proactive and organised individual who is passionate about contributing to a positive and supportive school environment. About You The following traits would be beneficial: Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders. Experience in financial administration or general office management. Knowledge of departmental policies and procedures, or the ability to quickly learn and apply them. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required.
