Description Lead and manage the Accounts & Reconciliation (A&R) team to achieve operational goals. Oversee daily accounting processes and ensure compliance with industry standards. Monitor and improve financial reporting and reconciliation processes. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment with financial objectives. Provide guidance and training to team members to enhance their performance. Ensure timely and accurate completion of financial tasks and reporting. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency. Support audits and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. Profile A successful Accounting Lead should have: Relevant qualifications in accounting, finance, or a related field. Proven leadership skills within the accounting & finance sector. Experience in the retail industry is highly desirable. Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
