Job Description Your New Role The primary objective of the role is to deliver integrated project marketing activity that create awareness and stimulate interest and attract prospective buyers to Development Victoria’s housing projects. Please note, this is a 12-month fixed-term opportunity. Core Accountabilities: Support Development Victoria’s marketing initiatives that elevate our brand positioning, reputation and supports the organisation’s sales objectives. Provide input into media planning including the development of briefs, reviewing research, audience data and insights that help influence media recommendations. Review and collate data on the performance of marketing campaigns across media channels relative to key projects and prepare relevant reports, as required. Utilise the Customer Relationship Management system to deliver direct marketing campaigns. Support Customer experience activities in the team to deliver improvements in customer engagement, satisfaction and referral. Desired Skills and Experience About You We are seeking a confident, creative thinker who is highly organised and possesses strong relationship management skills. The ideal candidate will be flexible, adaptable, and self-driven, with the ability to manage competing tasks to deadlines, show initiative, and maintain resilience in a complex environment. Knowledge, Skills and Experience Education Bachelor equivalent or higher tertiary degree in Marketing. Experience Experience working in a marketing role (3-5 years). Exposure to the development, property or construction industry (preferred). Exposure to briefing and working with advertising and media agencies. Ability to forge relationships with key stakeholders across internal teams and external suppliers/partners. Develop, maintain and use a variety of systems, processes and sources to gain understanding, extract needed information and enable quality, timely solutions and responses.
