Job Description We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the execution of global campaigns and demand generation efforts for Sandisk consumer products in Australia/New Zealand. In this role, you will: Collaborate closely with sales, cross-functional teams, channel partners, and key account customers to localize global marketing/campaign strategies with ANZ market in mind Drive brand awareness, consumer engagement, and increase product sales in ANZ market Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with regional business objectives and target audience preferences Manage and optimize marketing budget to ensure maximum ROI on all campaigns and initiatives Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies Create and oversee the production of marketing materials, including digital content, print collateral, and promotional items Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and traditional platforms Collaborate with the global/regional marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging and adapt global campaigns for ANZ market Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement Coordinate with the sales team to develop targeted strategies for key accounts and support their efforts to increase market share and shelf space Ensure compliance with local advertising regulations and brand guidelines in all marketing initiative
