The Role You will take ownership of a well-maintained portfolio of approximately 150 properties, all conveniently located within the CBD. Your responsibilities include: End-to-end portfolio management Clear and professional communication with landlords and tenants Coordinating repairs and maintenance Managing rent reviews and increases Collaborating with your PM team in weekly meetings and monthly development sessions No accounts work required.
