We have a growing presence in cyber, space and nuclear programs. Tell me about this role: We are currently looking for an NV1 security cleared Finance Manager to join our team on a permanent basis. This role will see operate within a collaborative framework involving Defence stakeholders, program management offices, procurement teams, and contractors to provide comprehensive financial and procurement support to a complex, high-value program. What will I be doing day to day? Develop various project financial documentation Track monthly budget spends in conjunction with project team to update budget cost data Draft and track cost and budget comments for review by the Project Manager Update, balance and maintain main budget spreadsheet requirements Update Finance with relevant budget requirements for changes per schedule and PM requests Liaise with PM, PSO, Project Controller, Scheduler and Finance teams regularly to ensure accuracy of finance data and phasing forecasts What sort of skills do I need? Experience within a government or Defence environment Tertiary qualifications in Finance or related experience Prior Finance experience in a project environment Strong communication skills Process orientated with good attention to detail Minimum NV1 security clearance What’s in it for me?
