Due to ongoing growth, they are seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join their team on a permanent part-time basis. This is an office-based role, providing the chance to work closely with multiple internal teams and contribute to process improvements across the business. The Role: Reporting to senior leadership, you will be the first point of contact for clients and stakeholders while providing administrative support to the Business Services, SMSF and Financial Planning teams. The role is hands-on and varied, requiring organisation, accuracy and a proactive approach. Key Responsibilities: Managing incoming calls, screening and directing professionally Maintaining reception and meeting areas Acting as a primary contact for clients and internal stakeholders, responding to enquiries efficiently Accurately entering data into internal systems and regulatory platforms Supporting the preparation and distribution of tax, BAS, SMSF and annual planning documentation Preparing corporate documents, including ASIC forms and registrations Maintaining electronic filing systems and ensuring records are accurate Supporting workflow management, lodgement deadlines and team meetings About you: You are an experienced administrator who is organised, reliable, and proactive. You thrive in a professional services environment and are confident managing multiple priorities while supporting a close-knit, professional team. What You’ll Bring: Previous experience in an administrative role within professional or financial services Strong computer skills, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Experience with MYOB Practice, Xero, or other practice management/accounting software (desirable) High attention to detail and accuracy Excellent written and verbal communication skills Professional phone manner and polished corporate presentation Ability to work under pressure and manage competing deadlines A proactive, collaborative and positive approach to your work Why This Role?
