They provide strategic procurement, contract management and commercial advisory services nationally. With a strong reputation for delivering practical, value-driven outcomes, they offer hands-on support throughout the project lifecycle and are well regarded for their integrity, industry insight and commitment to client success. Due to upcoming project requirements, they are seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator (or an experienced Contracts Administrator ready to step up) for a 6-month fixed term engagement, with the possibility of extension. This role is based in Newcastle and will be working client-side on a significant project, with opportunities to support additional projects beyond the initial term. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position. The Role As a Senior Contracts Administrator, you will play a key role in managing procurement and commercial contract activities across the project. This position will suit someone with strong commercial awareness and experience overseeing procurement-driven contract processes rather than construction site administration. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Managing end-to-end procurement processes, documentation, and contract negotiations Preparing, reviewing, and administering contract documentation and correspondence Coordinating tender activities and evaluating submissions Maintaining contract registers, variations, compliance documentation, and reporting Supporting commercial governance, risk management, and project controls Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely project outcomes About You As a Senior Contracts Administrator, you will play a key role in managing procurement and commercial contract activities across the project.
