About the Role In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of reception and supporting the wider office through a range of administrative and coordination tasks. Key Responsibilities: Managing the main phone line – answering, transferring calls and taking accurate messages Greeting clients and visitors with professionalism Preparing tea/coffee and ensuring a welcoming client experience Maintaining reception, meeting rooms and general presentation standards Updating internal databases and assisting with general administrative tasks About You The ideal candidate will be professional, personable, and able to juggle multiple responsibilities with ease.
