In this hybrid position, you’ll be the first point of contact for inbound leads, working with customers and prospects across APAC - identifying opportunities, qualifying inbound leads, handling early-stage discovery, and managing a defined subset of transactional deals from initial conversation through to close. This is the perfect role for ambitious individuals looking to begin their career in tech sales. What You’ll Do Engage warm inbound leads and strategic prospects across APAC through phone, email, LinkedIn and other outreach channels. Qualify leads and uncover customer needs, aligning them to Redgate solutions. Book high-quality meetings for Account Executives and support the early sales cycle. Manage smaller transactional opportunities from qualification through to close. Deliver value-driven conversations that help customers understand Redgate’s products and licensing options. Use Salesforce, Groove and other tools to plan, track and optimise your activity. Apply sales methodologies such as SPIN or MEDDPICC to progress conversations. Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Marketing and the wider global Sales organisation. Contribute to building strong customer relationships within the APAC region. What We’re Looking For Must-Haves A desire for a successful career in Tech Sales. Genuine interest and ability to quickly learn technical concepts. Some experience in a customer facing role this could be sales, or customer service, call center experience, retail etc. Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with a wide range of customers across APAC. Curiosity, resilience and a genuine desire to build a career in tech sales. Ability to learn quickly, adapt, and thrive in a supportive but fast-moving environment. Full working rights in Australia. Nice-to-Haves Experience using Salesforce, sales engagement tools or LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Consistent call activity or pipeline-building experience You are familiar with Office 365, Salesforce, Clari, and/or Zuora Familiarity with sales methodologies (BANT, MEDDPICC, SPIN, Challenger, etc.).
