In this role, you will: Craft and execute Sales & Marketing strategies across domestic and international markets, positioning the hotel as the destination of choice for luxury travellers. Lead, mentor, and empower the Sales & Marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and measurable results. Set, manage, and deliver on budgets for Sales, Marketing, and Conference & Events Sales departments while driving commercial performance. Monitor market trends, competitor insights, and economic conditions, adapting strategies to maximise occupancy, RevPAR, and market share. Prepare insightful reports, track KPIs, forecast Meetings & Events revenue, and provide actionable guidance to the Executive Team and General Manager. Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions, building the brand and generating meaningful connections. Lead client meetings, sales trips, and promotional initiatives that raise visibility and attract new business.
