Description Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow market share across the construction, HVAC, and infrastructure sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with engineers, contractors, distributors, and project owners. Specify Victaulic solutions into engineering designs and influence decision-makers throughout project lifecycles. Conduct technical presentations and on-site training to demonstrate product value and application. Manage a balanced distribution network and collaborate with partners to secure project opportunities. Utilize Salesforce to track projects, forecast pipeline activity, and report on sales performance. Profile Background in construction tools, industrial equipment, or mechanical systems sales, with experience selling directly to contractors and end users on-site. Comfortable navigating construction sites and engaging confidently with project managers, engineers, and tradespeople. Competitive and energetic sales professional who thrives on building relationships and winning business through persistence and technical understanding. Mechanically minded with strong problem-solving and product demonstration skills, able to translate technical benefits into commercial outcomes.
