Facilities Operations Coordinator The Facilities Coordinator will assist and support the onsite Operations Team. The role will play an integral part in supporting with the management of all aspects of building services, statutory compliance and risk management, while also providing exceptional customer service. Salary : $90,000 - $100,000 including super Contract duration: Initially 6 months - potential to go permanent for the right person Start date: ASAP Location : Concord West Duties: Support Senior Operations and Senior Property Manager with any duties General Facility administration tasks Support the property management team in ensuring targets are met and properties are maintained to premium standards Meet and greet all external contractors and ensure they have signed in Record, track and close out all maintenance items, building services issues, and compliance tasks in the maintenance management system Conduct regular inspections and assessments of properties and ensure they are free from health and safety risks Accurately record and report all incidents in the nominated safety management system and maintain up-to-date site safety manuals and risk registers Ensure all building services (fire, electrical, hydraulic, mechanical etc.) are maintained Develop and maintain strong working relationships with external and internal customers, consultants and service providers Liaise with the Senior Operations Manager, Asset Managers and Property Managers to review budgets, expenditure Assist with reviewing and coordinating necessary works, and ensure close-out documentation is provided and compliant Monitor the energy management system and track energy, water and gas performance, reporting on variances to the property management team and tenants as required Provide regular reporting on property performance from safety, customer service and operational perspectives Skills: Minimum 18 months experience in facilities across Commercial or Retail Understanding of essential safety measures, fire, electrical, mechanical systems Strong computer skills including Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite Ability to clearly communicate both in writing and verbally Ensure customer expectations are met Reliable and dedicated self-starter, who can work independently but also enjoys team interaction and is collaborative Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks and objectives within specific time frames If you're an experienced Facilities Coordinator, I'd love to hear from you | sarah.swann@perigongroup.com.au
