To be successful in this role, you will bring: Minimum 5 years’ experience in Strata Building Management or a related property/facilities management role Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage contractors, residents, and committees Emotional maturity, professionalism, and polished communications skills Excellent organisational and administrative skills A proactive and service-focused mindset, with resilience and attention to detail A desire to manage projects that add long term value to your location Key Responsibilities include: Managing contractors, consultants, and service providers Liaising extensively with Owners, Residents, Strata Managers and Committee Members Supervision of Asset Management and Preventative Maintenance Programs Coordinating and responding to reactive repairs Scheduling statutory certification activities and inspections of common property Preparing detailed reports and maintaining accurate site records Overseeing WHS and environmental requirements, including contractor inductions and compliance
