VP Recruit is hiring general and skilled labourers for ongoing roles on residential, commercial, and civil projects across Sydney. If you’ve got trade-assist experience, tickets, or machinery skills , we want to hear from you, there’s plenty of work available now with trusted builders and contractors. Tasks May Include: Site prep, demolition, and clean-up Assisting trades and installers on fit-outs and builds Using hand and power tools safely and effectively Material handling, unloading, and deliveries Operating basic machinery or small plant (if ticketed) General maintenance and site support What You’ll Need: Valid White Card and full PPE (hi-vis, boots, hard hat, etc.) Physically fit and site-ready Experience in trades, construction, or civil sites (preferred) Tickets or licences (EWP, forklift, HR, etc.) highly regarded Good attitude and reliability What’s On Offer: Weekly pay and consistent hours Immediate starts on multiple Sydney sites Long-term work for reliable and skilled workers Opportunities to step up into trade-assist or operator roles Supportive, professional team that values communication and safety Ready to get started?
