About the Role Reporting to the Director, the HR Business Partner will provide both strategic guidance and hands-on HR support. You’ll play a key role in enhancing organisational effectiveness and ensuring leaders are set up for success. Your responsibilities will include: Developing and reviewing HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks Leading workforce planning, job design and remuneration structure reviews Overseeing WHS practices and ensuring legislative compliance Driving employee engagement, recognition and culture initiatives Supporting leaders through coaching and capability development Managing performance frameworks, wage and salary structures, and merit processes Coordinating learning and development activities Implementing effective talent acquisition and retention strategies Contributing to organisational development and business improvement projects About You You’ll bring strong generalist HR experience with the confidence to advise at both strategic and operational levels. You are proactive, organised, and skilled at building positive relationships across the business.
