About the role Provide nursing and midwifery team support within the Central Sterilising Department, delivering delegated care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse/Midwife to ensure safe, person-centred services. Key Responsibilities Assist in providing nursing/midwifery care under supervision in line with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia Decision Making Framework. Report changes in patient health status promptly to the supervising Registered Nurse/Midwife. Contribute to safe, high-quality care and participate in risk identification and improvement initiatives. Engage in professional development and collaborative team practices to support effective unit functioning.
