About your opportunity: Prepare, produce and present quality fresh food as required in the production/menu schedule including special diets, whilst complying with established standards. In conjunction with the Supervisor Operational Services, undertake menu planning, food rotation, ordering and receiving goods for the Operational Service areas. Communicate on a regular basis with the Dietician and Supervisor Operational Services. Work within a team environment and communicate effectively with other team members.
