We’re seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to take ownership of one of Adelaide's finest office towers, delivering outstanding service and performance. You’ll be the key point of contact for the operational and technical performance of a premium office building, ensuring everything runs efficiently, safely, and sustainably. Working within a collaborative and forward-thinking national team, you’ll deliver innovative solutions that enhance building value and tenant experience. Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations and maintenance across a high-profile CBD asset. Manage contractors and service providers to ensure seamless delivery and compliance. Drive building performance through preventative maintenance and sustainability initiatives. Build trusted relationships with tenants, owners, and internal stakeholders. Monitor budgets, manage service contracts, and support capital works programs. Champion safety, compliance, and continuous improvement across all assets. CRITERIA: Demonstrated experience managing commercial or mixed-use assets — ideally A-Grade or institutional. Strong technical understanding of building systems, compliance, and WHS requirements. Excellent relationship management and communication skills. A proactive mindset with a focus on quality, efficiency, and innovation.
