OVERVIEW: Are you an experienced construction professional ready to take the next step in your career? We’re seeking a hands-on Construction Supervisor to take ownership of project delivery across a diverse range of construction sites. In this pivotal role, you’ll drive site performance, lead teams with confidence, and ensure every project is delivered safely, efficiently, and to impeccable standards. As the Construction Supervisor, you will be the driving force behind successful project delivery. Your responsibilities will include: Oversee day-to-day construction activities to ensure work is completed to plan and high workmanship standards. Coordinate project schedules Recruit, manage, and lead site personnel and subcontractors. Monitor onsite materials and overheads Champion safe work practices and ensure compliance with all OH&S legislation and procedures. Investigate and report incidents, implement corrective actions, and promote a strong safety culture. Use and maintain PPE correctly and ensure others do the same. Inspect works throughout the construction process and at completion. Uphold quality assurance procedures, standards, and regulatory requirements. Ensure all site personnel are working productively and efficiently. Work closely with leadership to implement more cost-effective and streamlined construction methods. Strong practical construction knowledge and problem-solving skills. Solid understanding of building codes, standards, and project management principles. A valid White Card and Supervisor Licence. Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and engage teams. A hands-on, can-do approach and a commitment to safety and quality.
