OVERVIEW: Are you an experienced project supervisor who enjoys leading teams and delivering high-quality results? Our client is looking for a motivated Contract Services Supervisor to take charge of multiple projects, coordinate internal trades and subcontractors, and ensure outstanding outcomes for their clients. In this role, you’ll manage a variety of projects at once, making sure work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards. You’ll be the main point of contact for clients, offering advice on project scope and overseeing every stage of delivery from planning and scheduling to completion and handover. RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervise and motivate teams of internal trades and subcontractors. Quote, schedule, and oversee projects from start to finish. Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and client standards. Maintain strong client communication and resolve issues promptly. Conduct site inspections, audits, and toolbox/prestart meetings. Trade background preferred, with team and contractor management experience. Strong planning, coordination, and communication skills. Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel. Proven ability to deliver projects to required standards on time.
