You’ll lead a skilled team to deliver projects – combining your craftsmanship, leadership, and eye for detail to build spaces where children play, learn, and grow. This is a full-time position worked across 4 days per week (Monday to Thursday, 10-hour days), offering the balance and flexibility of a long weekend, every week. Most projects are located across South Brisbane, with occasional work in North Brisbane and the Gold Coast. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise teams delivering structural landscaping and carpentry-based projects Deliver hardscape and softscape works, including decking, retaining walls, edging, sandpits, pergolas, turfing, planting, and sensory gardens Apply horticulture and planting skills to full play zones and environments Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and schedule targets Read and interpret plans, set-outs, and specifications Coordinate with subcontractors, clients, and the Wearthy team Maintain tidy, safe, and compliant worksites Ideally You Have Proven background in carpentry and structural landscaping Experience managing projects from $20K to $1.5M Play environment experience (preferred) Cert III in Landscape Construction or similar (preferred) Passion or experience in horticulture and planting Blue Card and National Police Check (or ability to obtain) Manual driver’s licence and willingness to travel across SEQ Why Join Wearthy? $95K–$115K Super (inclusive of vehicle allowance) 4-day work week – enjoy long weekends every week Strong focus on work-life balance and wellbeing Be part of a supportive and caring team culture Opportunity to give back to the community through meaningful projects Take pride in leading teams that deliver spaces where children thrive How to Apply Click Apply and submit your resume (a short project list or photos of past builds are welcome).
