This is an ideal opportunity for an Electrical Fitter Mechanic looking to step up, take charge, and prove themselves in a hands-on role. About the Client: Our client is a well-established Head Contractor with a solid reputation and a strong pipeline of commercial projects in Brisbane and surrounds. Responsibilities: Overseeing the installation of HVAC ducted systems, VRF/VRV systems, mechanical pipework, grilles, diffusers and ventilation systems. Liaison with clients, site team, architects and directors Work closely with the project team to ensure smooth delivery. Site setout, safety management and maintaining quality standards Monitor trades and sub-contractors to ensure timelines are met Enforcing WHS compliance, ensuring all safety procedures are followed Conducting daily site inspections, toolbox talks and risk assessments Managing site deliveries, materials handling and equipment allocation Assisting with site-based problem-solving and variation management Completing daily progress reports and maintaining accurate site documentation.
