Take charge of end to end construction delivery across a diverse range of insurance repair projects. You’ll coordinate trades, manage stakeholders, uphold quality and safety standards, and ensure projects stay on schedule across residential, commercial and strata sites throughout Brisbane. Both full-time and contract opportunities are available depending on your preference. Key Responsibilities Oversee the delivery of insurance repair projects from commencement to completion. Ensure all works comply with building codes, contractual requirements, safety legislation and HSEQ standards. Conduct regular site inspections, identify issues, implement corrective actions, and promote a strong safety culture. Maintain accurate project documentation, schedules and cost controls. Provide technical support and problem-solving guidance to internal teams and subcontractors. Monitor budgets, manage variations and ensure each project is delivered efficiently and profitably. About You Trade background in carpentry/building or relevant construction qualification. Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills. Solid understanding of OHS requirements and safe work practices. Personable, proactive and customer-focused approach. Current driver’s licence. QBCC licence highly regarded.
