Job Description We are currently seeking expressions of interest for a Team Leader position based in Launceston, Tasmania on a permanent basis. You will lead a dynamic and passionate tight knit team within our Launceston branch. You will have exposure to our local Tasmanian customers, opportunities to travel around the state and grow our team who offer an array of occupational rehabilitation and injury management services. Key accountabilities include: Provide leadership/mentorship support to your team; Meet individual and team targets; Demonstrate commitment to providing exceptional services and outcomes for our clients; Network and develop relationships with key customers, using your technical expertise to help grow the team.
