The Branch The Commercial Services & Business Improvement (CSBI) Branch's purpose is to drive improvement, agility, and resilience, by providing support to City Standards (CS) and more broadly across Infrastructure Services (IS), making it easier and safer to deliver outcomes for the community. The Role We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Administration Officer to provide high-quality administrative and customer support across our team. In this role, you’ll be essential to keeping daily operations running smoothly—supporting the team leader and team members to achieve business objectives while delivering excellent service to customers. You’ll handle a wide variety of tasks, including general administration, data entry, procurement activities, reporting, and maintaining business systems such as SAP and our Learning Management Systems. With a strong customer focus, you’ll be the first point of contact for internal and external customers, helping resolve enquiries or escalating them when required. You’ll also contribute to small projects, assist with research tasks, and help maintain efficient administrative systems and processes.
