The Children, Youth and Families (CYF) division is looking for dedicated professionals to join our Business Services and Case Aid Services teams. Business Services Team We keep CYF running smoothly! From managing fleet and consumables to handling IT, travel, finance, and workforce processes, we ensure operational excellence. Our team also develops and implements business systems and monitors compliance across the division. Case Aid Services Team We support frontline teams in Youth Justice, Adolescent Services, and Child, Youth and Family Safety. From administrative assistance to arranging emergency supports for vulnerable families, we help deliver the best outcomes for children and young people. Your Role As a Case Aid Officer or Business Services Officer you’ll manage essential operational tasks and provide critical administrative support to help meet statutory obligations and improve life outcomes for children and young people. Eligibility/Other requirements: Experience and/or a desire to work in a community services environment is essential. Driver’s license (C class) is essential. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and database systems is essential. Prior to commencing this role, a current registration issued under the Working with Vulnerable People (Background Checking) Act 2011 is required. For further information on Working with Vulnerable People registration refer to - Working with vulnerable people (WWVP) registration (act.gov.au) Prior to commencement, the successful candidate will be required to undergo a pre-employment National Police Check. As this role is likely to work with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families and young people, cultural awareness, and capacity to work with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people is highly desirable.
