We’re seeking an ICT Contracts Manager to support multi-phase protective security uplift initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to operate with autonomy and strategic influence, contributing to the delivery of secure and resilient infrastructure and capability enhancements. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end contract administration: planning, sourcing, negotiation, execution, performance monitoring, and closure. Deliver high-value procurement outcomes aligned with Commonwealth Procurement Rules and PGPA Act. Provide technical leadership in procurement strategy development and implementation. Draft and manage documentation including tenders, reports, risk reviews, and contract change proposals. Monitor supplier performance, manage risk, and drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and government stakeholders to achieve shared objectives Support financial management including forecasting and purchase order processing Essential criteria Demonstrated understanding of, and experience in procurement and contract management within a government context. Demonstrated organisational and administrative skills, with capacity to liaise and engage effectively with stakeholders. Strong written and oral communication, reporting and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated experience in overseeing and measuring the fulfilment of contractual obligations.
