What you will be doing… You will be a valued member of this team and be the backbone of the office. Duties will include: All things front of house - Incoming calls and taking messages, updating contact details, and managing all correspondence (email, letters, packages etc.) Collection of debtors by the due date Calculate Late Fees Raise Administration Purchase Orders when required. Convert and review all Accounts Payable invoices Assist with monthly rental, outgoings, electricity, and additional charges on monthly Tax Invoices. Ensure Administration forms and After Hours contact lists are regularly updated. Maintain, update and ensure Quality systems and procedures are adhered to. Ensure all files/records are kept in accordance with the Company’s filing system.
