Eden Ritchie Recruitment are seeking two detail-oriented and motivated Plan Room Support Officers to provide administrative and data entry support within a busy operational environment. These positions play an important role in maintaining accurate records and ensuring high-quality data processing to support business operations. You’ll assist in managing documentation, verifying data accuracy and providing efficient customer service while contributing to broader team objectives. Rate: $49.40 per hour super Contract: Initial term through to 30 June, with up to 2 x 12-month extensions possible Location: Brisbane CBD Key responsibilities Enter customer data from source documents within set timeframes. Compile, verify and sort information to prepare accurate source data for computer entry. Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct as required. Prepare and sort documents for data entry and record management. Demonstrate strong computer literacy and attention to detail. Provide responsive customer service and communication support. Adapt to changing expectations and support evolving business needs. Apply sound knowledge in interpreting drawings and relevant information. Maintain discipline in record and data management practices. About you Proven experience in administrative or data entry roles. Excellent accuracy, attention to detail and organisational skills. Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities. Demonstrated capability in computer systems and document handling.
