Remuneration & Benefits Advisor Brisbane Based 12 month secondment opportunity The objective of this role is to work across the broad-based remuneration portfolio to provide information, analysis and support to core remuneration and benefits programs and processes. What you’ll be doing Undertake internal and external remuneration benchmarking to support Leaders and the People team in remuneration decision making Prepare company remuneration data and complete industry salary surveys Provide information and data to the People team in relation to team member remuneration Undertake remuneration governance activity to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and modern awards Support the annual remuneration review processes, including the gender pay equity review and updating of remuneration ranges Work with our third party share plan administrator to support the delivery of share based remuneration arrangementsManage relationships with benefit providers and manage the promotion of employee benefits Support the quarterly “Achieving Wonderful” employee incentive program You’ll be great in this role if you have… Tertiary level education and a passion for employee remuneration and benefits Confident Excel skills A can-do attitude, keen to learn and to get involved in a range of activities in the remuneration and benefits space When everyone is included, everyone wins We’re all individuals.
