This is an excellent opportunity for a mechanically minded tradesperson looking for stable, ongoing work with a reputable engineering and pump manufacturing business servicing the mining sector. The Role Working as part of a skilled team of Fitters and Machinists, your responsibilities will include: Operating a variety of manual machines including lathes, milling machines, slotters and drill presses. Machining and manufacturing components from technical drawings to high standards. Performing pump fitting, pump maintenance and pump assembly tasks for mining applications. Maintaining a safe, reliable and positive work environment at all times. What We're Looking For Australian-recognised trade certificate in Fitting & Machining (essential). Strong manual machining experience. Mechanically minded with good attention to detail. Pump experience highly desirable . Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
