This is a 3‑month temp‑to‑perm opportunity, starting at $55/hr and transitioning to $51.50/hr on permanent placement. About the Company This WA manufacturer designs and builds custom lifting and materials handling equipment for heavy industry. Supplying Tier 1 clients across mining, rail, and infrastructure, they're known for precision engineering, robust fabrication standards, and a strong focus on safety and reliability. Role Overview You'll be involved in the assembly, maintenance, and servicing of mechanical lifting systems and associated components. The role is entirely workshop-based, offering hands‑on mechanical fitting with variety and autonomy.
