Monday to Friday role with 1 WFH day per week National exposure - work across multiple markets with diverse briefs from family homes to investment portfolios Join a collaborative, start-up style culture where ideas are valued and growth is rapid Make real impact - Play a key role in shaping the buying strategy and scaling the acquisitions function Work with experts - Collaborate with in-house economists, inspectors, and project teams for a true end-to-end experience Convenient Inner City location - Easy access and street parking available The Position: As the Lead Buyer's Agent, your key responsibilities will include: Lead and manage the end-to-end buying process - sourcing, appraising, negotiating, and acquiring properties Provide expert, data-driven advice on markets, growth areas, and investment opportunities Mentor and support your team to deliver consistent, high-quality client outcomes Collaborate with internal research and client success teams to align property strategies with each client's goals and appetite for risk Build and maintain agent and industry relationships to uncover on- and off-market opportunities Contribute to scaling and improving the acquisition process to achieve target growth (currently 10 acquisitions monthly, aiming for 15-20) The Person: The ideal candidate for the role of Lead Buyers Agent will have: Minimum 3 years' experience as a Buyer's Agent or Senior Real Estate Professional Current NSW Class 1 Licence (or ability to obtain) Strong market knowledge, particularly within Sydney and key investment regions Excellent communicator with a consultative, client-first approach Confident in leading and mentoring a team Data-literate and strategically minded - you understand how to turn market insight into smart buying decisions Full driver's licence and reliable vehicle This role has been exclusively assigned to P3 Recruitment.
