The Benefits: A growth-focused office with ongoing training and professional development Strong team culture with a supportive & collaborative environment Well-respected & regarded agency Up to $120,000 package Monday – Friday The Role: Management of a residential portfolio of 170 properties Conduct outgoing inspections Property maintenance - liaising with both tenants and trades Bond management Rent increases, rent reviews, terminations, lease renewals Handing over and checking in keys Communication with current tenants and landlords Organise photos, landlord insurance, property copyright, advertising property Attend tribunal if and when required The Candidate: Possession of a Real Estate Licence or Agent Assist Certificate Current driver’s licence and reliable car Previous experience within Property Management is essential Strong administration skills Must be committed to a career in Real Estate Full working rights in Australia If this sounds like you, apply now!
