As an Asset Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies that align with Fund objectives. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll provide strategic direction across a diverse portfolio and collaborate closely with Real Estate Services teams. This role demands strong financial acumen, market insight, and leadership to optimize performance, drive ESG initiatives, and maintain stakeholder relationships. Key Responsibilities: • Formulate and execute asset strategies aligned with Fund objectives • Represent the Fund’s interests and provide strategic guidance across assets and Real Estate Services • Optimise asset returns and performance while fostering strong relationships between Funds and Real Estate Services • Develop Strategic Asset Plans and oversee annual three-year budgets for each asset • Deliver accurate 10-year annual budgets and quarterly reforecasts, ensuring MRI model integrity • Conduct financial modelling and feasibility studies to support recommendations • Formulate leasing strategies and maintain relationships with major tenants or Tenant Representatives • Provide oversight for Capex budgets and lead major repositioning projects • Support asset transactions (acquisitions/disposals) and integrate new assets into the portfolio • Act as a market leader for portfolio locations, offering strategic market advice • Ensure compliance with WHS&E and sustainability practices • Champion ESG strategies aligned with Fund objectives • Proactively manage stakeholder relationships and represent Investa at industry events What you bring: • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the Property industry • Proven experience in strategic Asset Management • Bachelor degree in property or related discipline • Experience managing multiple stakeholders effectively • Experience in people management • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to negotiate effectively • Solid knowledge and understanding of funds management • Thorough knowledge and understanding of commercial property markets/influences and factors affecting those markets in Australia What we offer: • Career Development: Leadership programs, education assistance, study support, professional membership fee support • Lifestyle: We offer generous parental leave, return to work program, and summer hours • Inclusive Culture: A safe, welcoming environment for all, including individuals from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, the LGBTQ community, and those who are neurodivergent • Flexibility: We do our best to support you to be able to do the things that are important to you.
