Duties: Working alongside three Senior Property Managers Manage tenant relations and property maintenance Conduct ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections Ensure compliance with property laws and regulations Prepare and update websites with properties and advertising material Assist with rental reviews and increases The Person: 6 months experience within real estate is required - Leasing Consultants encouraged to apply Current NSW Certificate of Registration, driver’s licence and access to own vehicle.
