Eden Ritchie Recruitment are seeking a Principal Project Officer to support the delivery of strategic integrity and change initiatives within a high-profile governance project. In this role, you will contribute to the development and implementation of project activities focused on integrity case management, change management, and the creation of governance artefacts. You will provide strategic policy advice, document business processes, manage stakeholder engagement, and support awareness-raising initiatives across the organisation. Key Responsibilities: • Develop, refine and document business processes relating to integrity case management and project deliverables • Provide strategic policy, planning and advisory support to senior leaders • Coordinate change management activities, including development of change artefacts and implementation tools • Prepare high-quality written material including briefs, reports, correspondence and communication content • Support project planning, analysis and integration activities to ensure objectives are met • Build strong relationships across internal teams to support collaboration and consistent project execution About You: • Demonstrated experience in project coordination, policy development or process improvement • Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information, including material of a potentially distressing nature • High-level written communication capability and experience preparing strategic documentation • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and support organisational change • Ability to work in complex environments with competing priorities and tight timeframes This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to significant organisational integrity reforms and support improved governance outcomes.
