The Whole of Government Injury Management Team is seeking an enthusiastic, proactive and committed person to join us in supporting our team, ACTPS workplaces and injured or ill employees in the delivery of return to work and injury management services. Successful candidates will be proficient in written and verbal communication, have strong customer service skills, be able to read, understand legislation and apply internal policies while undertaking work to a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy. This position will be responsible for management of Early Intervention matters, responding to email and phone enquiries, liaison with multiple stakeholders, data entry and administrative support functions. The Injury Management Team advocates and champions a culture of care to minimise adverse health, social and economic consequences of injury and illness for the ACT public sector and its employees.
