This newly elevated role offers the chance to take on additional responsibility - assisting with projects, managing workflow, and providing leadership and guidance to a small team of 3-4 administrative professionals. You’ll report directly to a Partner and work closely with the Operations Manager, playing a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the team and contributing to broader firm initiatives. Provide high-level executive and administrative support 2 Partners; Manage and delegate workflow across a team of 3–4 administrative staff; Assist with firm-wide and team-based projects in collaboration with the Operations Manage; Oversee billing processes; and Manage diaries, coordinate meetings and travel, and communicate with key internal and external stakeholders. What are we looking for? Previous leadership or team coordination experience within a legal environment; Experience in defendant insurance would be highly regarded; Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands; Tech-savvy and adaptable; Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail; and A collaborative approach and genuine interest in supporting and developing others.
